1.How to ensure speedy delivery
Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
2.Transit & Handling Time
Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order handling time is 3-5 business day (Monday to Friday).
*If there are some custom jerseys in your order,we need about 7-10 working days to make them, handling time is about 10 days.
3.Shipping Cost
$10/per order flat rate shipping with any purchase under $250.Free shipping on any purchase of $250 or more.
4.Delivery Terms
We use the USPS or 4PX to deliver the product.
*There is a limit of weight on each shipment due to customs, if the qty of jerseys in your order more than 10pcs, we will send them in several parcels.
5.Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at steven@borntradesports.cn
6.Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we wil fill out tracking number in your order, you can get the tracking number in your order and track them online.

7.Parcel has Problem
If the parcel have some problem in transit please contact us, we will re-send the parcel free or refund the money to you.
